En primer lloc, deixa’m agrair-te que sabessis fer el pas enrere tan dignament com el vas fer. Ningú no és imprescindible (espero tenir-ho present d’aquí a quatre anys!) i, si bé al principi em va semblar que no me’n sortiria, ara diria que ja hi he anat agafant la pràctica. Entenc que tu tenies un estil propi i feies les coses d’una manera, però penso que em donaràs la raó en què no és necessàriament l’única via de dur l’entitat. Era, senzillament, la teva. Ara espero trobar la meva...
El cap em bull d’idees, vull arrencar nous projectes que penso que ens poden beneficiar a tots plegats... Però, no sé com dir-t’ho... Potser hi ha alguna de les activitats que vas idear, que la reformularem de dalt a baix. Saps que no va acabar de funcionar mai, i penso que si hi fem uns quants canvis, funcionarà perfectament bé. Espero que no t’ofenguis per aquests retocs.
També tinc prevista una reunió amb l’entitat X. Em sembla que no val la pena ser-hi tan crític com ho va ser la teva junta, sinó que mirarem d’entendre’ns-hi i buscar-hi sinèrgies. En el fons, ells solen fer la mateixa activitat que nosaltres i, com que no hi tenim la implicació emocional que hi teníeu vosaltres, potser ens podrem entendre millor.
També m’he proposat fer alguna activitat que beneficiï el conjunt de la ciutat. En tant que rebem diners públics per desenvolupar l’activitat concreta que desenvolupem, considero que està bé idear-ne alguna altra enfocada al conjunt dels nostres veïns, tant per donar-nos a conèixer com per retre’ls comptes públicament. No sé ben bé què serà, però espero que se’n senti a parlar.
També m’encantaria buscar patrocinadors privats, però l’altre dia em van dir que l’empresa d’en Manel es trobava a punt de fer fallida. Per tant, dubto que d’aquí en puguem treure cap euro. Potser haurem de pujar les quotes dels socis, no ho sé... Quan ho he insinuat a la junta, ja m’han dit que no era una bona idea, però ara m’adono de com de difícil n’és, això de quadrar els números!
També... També... També... Bé, també t’he de reconèixer que he tingut algun moment de crisi, cert. Totes aquetes idees contrasten amb el dia a dia, quan em passo hores al telèfon o de reunió en reunió, i el temps que dedicaria a la família se’n ressent. Espero, com bé dius, que amb els mesos pugui veure-ho tot molt més nítid...
Bé, ja veus que sóc un mar de dubtes, d’incerteses i de projectes!
